Core Responsibilities
- Acting as the fund manager for Overseas Payable and Receivable. Ensure
- sharing of Receivable/Payable statement (SOA) on time with customers or agents. Frequent communication with the agents to attend any query or assistance. updating receipts and payments with other related tasks for maintaining well-organized overseas report.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (Sales report, budgets, income statement forecasts etc.).
- Preparation of encashment certificate and collecting C&F for airlines and shipping lines on an appropriate manner as well as maintaining up to date encashment fund summery sheet and collection of Freight Certificate for smooth payment against FOB import shipment.
- Prepare receivable statements fortnightly and coordinate the receivable meeting and Updating local collection fortnightly.
- Preparation of monthly Bangladesh Bank Remittance Report, assisting to prepare Monthly and yearly Financial Statements. Help supervisor to prepare Board meetin
- g presentation.
- Any other work entrusted by management.
- MBA in Accounting/Finance
- Preferable : Certificate Level complete with CA(CC)
- Good Analytical Power
- Must have Good command in English
- Minimum 2 years of Experience
- Experience in Freight Forwarding Business will get preference
- Knowledge in advance MS Excel /Word / PowerPoint
